  I went to get some Christmas gifts today of course they were tools ....I found 2 items could not find the 3rd one I wanted ... I went down 5 isles could not find staff to assist me so I went to customer service and asked customer service if I could please get some help ...one of the cashiers was just finished up with her last customer her name was Kathy C.T she immediately came to my assistance I wasn't sure if they carried what I needed she gladly punched it in the computer and assisted me in finding what I needed she spent a good 10 min with me lookin at different brand names of the product and answered my questions ...I wasn't sure wich one I wanted or what all came with it ..she gladly took the time to open the box and showed me all the accessories that came with the tool ...she made the sale !!! ...she was very polite, friendly , smiled the entire time!!! She showed do diligence in her job ...my hands were full she took all the gifts I picked and carried the to the checkout for me ..You have a dedicated Canadian tire employee if here's a employee of the month she deserves it! !!!!!! Coodoos to you Kathy job well done I look foward to seeing you in the future . Jackie Zurba

  Terrible customer service by one of the managers at the stettler store. Started when they had items on the shelf with tags for one price and when you get to the till they charged more than double the price. Then made it difficult to get a refund and raised their voices making sure I felt as uncomfotable as possible for not wanting to buy the product at more than double the price. Then tried to cheat me out of part of my refund and when I asked to speak with the store manager kept denying me the opportunity. Staff here treats customers terrible. Shame on the female manager with the light brown hair.
